When you use the platform we may collect your wallet address, booking search inputs, guest details you enter at checkout (name, email, phone), trip history tied to your wallet, and technical data such as device type and IP address for security and debugging.

We use this information to show search results, process payments, create reservations, display your trips and earnings, prevent fraud, and improve the product.

We share guest and booking data with partners who fulfill your stay, including Travala and the property you booked. They need this information to confirm reservations, send vouchers, and support check-in.

Wallet and payment infrastructure may involve additional providers (for example embedded wallet or signing services). Those providers process data under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. Partners only receive what is needed to complete and support a booking you initiate.

After a booking is confirmed, the travel partner and property control reservation records, cancellation handling, and guest communications about your stay. Requests to change, cancel, or delete a reservation may need to go through them directly using your booking reference.

Wallet addresses and transaction hashes may be visible on public blockchains. We cannot remove data that is already recorded on chain.

We keep booking and account records as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete account data we control, subject to limits when a booking is active or law requires retention.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. Protect your wallet credentials and device access.

You can disconnect your wallet and stop using the platform at any time. For booking-specific privacy requests, contact us and include your booking reference so we can assist or route you to the right partner.
