Terms of service

The Marinas is a travel booking interface that lets you search stays, pay with supported crypto assets, and receive confirmations by email. We aggregate inventory and pricing from third party travel providers. We are not a hotel, airline, or property operator.

Bookings are fulfilled by independent partners, including Travala and the properties you select. Payment processing, wallet connectivity, and inventory may involve other third parties. Those services have their own terms and policies.

We do not control partner systems, APIs, pricing engines, or property operations. A listing on Marinas does not mean we guarantee availability, room quality, amenities, or that a rate will remain valid until you pay.

When you complete checkout, you enter into a reservation with the travel partner and property under their rules. The cancellation policy shown at checkout applies to your stay.

We have no control over confirmed reservations once they are issued. Changes, no-shows, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or service issues at the property are handled under the partner and property policies. Contact the confirmation email sender or booking reference provider for trip support.

Prices can change before payment clears. If a rate expires or a room sells out, we may ask you to search again. We are not liable for inventory errors, overbookings, or changes made by partners after confirmation.

You are responsible for sending the correct asset and amount from your wallet. Crypto transactions may be irreversible. Network fees, slippage, and exchange timing can affect settlement. Failed or underpaid transactions may delay or cancel a booking.

Any $MARI earnings, cashback, taxes, or stock rewards described on the platform are subject to program rules that may change. They are not guaranteed, may have eligibility requirements, and do not constitute investment advice or an offer of securities. Token and reward programs may be unavailable in some jurisdictions.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt fraud, scrape inventory at scale, or interfere with partner systems. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or legal risk.

The platform is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Marinas disclaims warranties about uninterrupted service, accurate pricing, or fitness for a particular trip. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us directly for the booking in question, where applicable law allows.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. Material booking changes will still follow the policy shown at checkout for that reservation.
